Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

Lately, commercials from attorneys jumping on the low testosterone lawsuit wagon have been blanketing television. Well, I'm an actual victim of a testosterone product. After being on it for about four months, I had a heart attack and congestive heart failure and ended up in permanent atrial fibrillation. My life is 180 degrees different than it was a year ago. Anyway, I've tried reaching out to several law firms, and so far, I can't get the time of day from them. They all want me to sign authorizations without even talking to me about my potential case. I feel as if they're trying to herd as many cattle as possible before going against the drug companies. In addition, it took me several weeks to be diagnosed. My doctor just thought I had the flu and sent me home with antibiotics. By the time I got to the emergency room, I was nearly dead. nobody wants to talk about that either. What should I do?
