Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
There was this contest on the radio, and the winner would win an all expense paid trip to Punta Cana Dominican Republic, Disney, and the Bahamas and I played and supposedly won. Ok so when they were giving me information about everything, they asked for the credit card number to take out like $310 which was just for the taxes that we had to pay, and they took out the money and I found out that it was all a scam. So my question is do I have a legibal reason to sue those people, or am I at fault?
