Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
I have found a rubber glove tip in a frozen food product. The object was not ingested but was almost cooked. In the first phone call to the consumer contact dept. they stated it wasn't their brand. The second phone call yielded a request for the object and an offer for coupons, vouchers, and/or a refund. What legal recourse do I have from this incident from a company that denied responsibility initialy ?

You do not have any damages (i.e. you were not harmed) that would warrant justifying taking legal action. So, assuming you could actually prove what you are asserting, you would win the battle but lose the war - yes, the company did something wrong, but you were not harmed as a result and therefore would be entitled to nothing.
