Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
Someone installed a DVR surveillance system for me. The agreement was all verbal.
A lightning storm came and 2 cameras burnt out. Can i sue the guy who installed the cameras for me. The lightning storm came 3 months after the job was complete.

No, unless the system was warrantied against damage caused by electrical surges.
