Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
I leased a 2010 Saab in Oct 2010. I've been informed by Saab that because of Saabs recent bankruptcy the warranty and maintenance that was agreed to at the time of contract is no longer valid. So I'm stuck with a new vehicle with payments but no warranty? Would this allow me to break my lease as they didn't honor their end of the contract? What options do I have?

"Products liability" refers to situations where someone is hurt due to a defective product. This is really more of a comsumer-protection question, as opposed to a products liability question.

It may depend on who you are making payments to.
