If you have a liability case on an Indian Reservation how do you file a claim and bypass the indian laws

You can't. When on the reservation, it is like you are in another country. The State's laws do not apply. You have to go through the tribal counsel.

One generally cannot sue an Indian tribe in any state court for an injury that occurred on property located on the reservation. An Indian tribe is a sovereign nation in some respects and state courts do not have the power to hear claims involving the tribe. You may be able to make a claim in the tribal court.
