Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

Motorhome Warranty

My motorhome has a defective tile floor and is going to be replaced by the manufacturer under warranty. However I am in Florida and the the manufacturer requires the repair to be made in the factory in Michigan. My question is am I legally responsible for the cost of getting the motorhome to the manufacturer for the repairs. The estimated cost is about $ 2000.00.

Many warranties require you to return the defective part to the manufacturer. Try to discuss the issue directly with them to see if you can get some type of authorized repair done here.
