Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
Product Recall
Ford has issued a recal on their speed control harness for all series of Ford F-150s and Explorers. They've disconnected the cruise control - how long do they have to replace the part? Estimated time of not having cruise control is 4 months - it's been 2 months. Is this legal? If so for how long? Is there no recourse? Thank you.

Re: Product Recall
It is legal. They will replace it. It is not much of an inconvenience and would not be worthwhile to pursue any type of legal action.
