repossesion of truck

i bought a new truck in oct. of 2007 and i got laid off in feb. of 2008, if the truck gets repossessed will i have to pay any more of it and do they have to give me my things and tag?

Yes -- you will pay more. If they repossess, they will sell it and give you credit for what they get, but you will owe the remaining amount borrowed PLUS the cost of the repossession and lawyers' fees. Call and work something out to avoid repossession. Do not wait for repossession.
