Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
If a School sells something illegally (the product not illegal) can that person sue or petition the School. That person attends the school.

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean the school illegally sold tins of popcorn and such? Why would that not be legal? Why would the kid in question have damage or standing?
No one can sue if they are not damaged. (FL and US Constitution)
