Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
Can I sue a body shop that I contracted with to paint my car that was not done correctly? It now has runs all over it, overspray all over, streaks, and bonding material bleeding through the paint. I gave them 500 down and never the balance. I have tried to get them to return the 500 or fix my car correctly, but no luck. I live in Tampa, Fl.

Sure you can in small claims. Make sure you take pictures and maybe have an expert.
