Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
Could I write an article on tricks used by auto dealer? Could a dealer or a union or association take me to court if I do that?

As long as you are not using defamatory language or providing trade secrets (that an employment agreement prevents you from disclosing). Certainly, anyone can file a law suit against you for any reason (good or bad). If the article is based on your experience or personal knowledge, I don't see how they could win should someone decide to file suit against you.
