Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

80 ac mostly orange grove-family property. Huge problem with trespassing and illegal dumping. All the powers- EPA,Sheriff Dept, County all said fence. So we did. Now we have a neighbor who is being childish. They ran over the survey markers(repeatedly), ran over fence pole holes, broke the string, etc.. Now they are parking in front of the gates so that we can not enter the grove. They have not shown me any proof that they have a right to even use our driveway. They fenced all their property for the horses and want to use our property as a driveway and customer parking for their stable and horse trailers. They are not land lock. They have over 100' of hwy frontage. Do I have any rights to stop the parking in front of our gates and on my property? If I post "No parking. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense" signs can I legally have vehicles towed from my property?

It sounds like your neigbors think they have an easement on your property. If they do, you need to be aware of the terms of the use that is permitted. Once you make this determination, it sounds like you will need to take action against your neighbors to make them stop using your property against your wishes. I would suggest you find a real estate attorney located close to you to help resolve this issue.
