3 brothers and the Mother ( she is in nursing care) are on a deed in Florida. 1 brother is living in the house. can the other brothers evict the residing brother? or force him to buy or sell? Mother wants the one in the house to take sole propriety

Yes. An action in partition will force a sale. You may also request he pay 1/2 rent.
