Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

55 plus community

My husband and his mom moved into a developement in 1982. The developement at the time was 12 or older. In 1984 it became 55+ and he was grandfathered in. He is now 43 (I am 41) and we want to have a baby. Can the association legally have us evicted. I am legally disabled. I do work. Our expenses, unfavorable credit, and disability make it very hard for us to move.If I do decide to get pregnant, how is it possible to obtain an attorney when they are really expensive. Thank You in advance,

Re: 55 plus community

I see no problem since he is grandfathered. No court would prevent you from having a child. Good luck.
