In an over 55 community in Palm Beach County. father over 81 and son and daughter in law under 55 reside in condo unit. Son and father continous occupancy for 6 years. Daughter in law 3 years.Father has a lifetime estate and son is remainderman on recorded deed. What are the rights of son and wife to remain upon death of fether ?
