do i 3 days to cancel for an apartment in miami fl
I have not signed a lease and gave my 1st month rent and security deposit for an apartment I can't take, do I have the right to cancel without any charges to me

No, there is no right to cancel, but you are only obligated for one month if you haven't signed a lease. To get out of the second month, make sure you give the landlord at least 15 days notice before the start of the second month of the lease. If there is no damage to the property, you should get your entire security deposit back.

If you never signed a lease and that was the intent of the parties, yes.
