Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have 45 days to respond to an amended complaint. This is an amended motion to substitute plaintiff from the buyer of my house to the Title company that closed on the sale of my house. What do they mean respond???? Do I respond to the court (judge) only or everyone involved, attorneys and parties in the complaint?
