1.In FL after a home inspection is done on a home, and buyer decides to back out of the contract, does the seller have to disclose the homes damages from the inspection to the new buyer?
2. In FL how long after the home inspection report is received does the buyer have before going forward or backing out of the contract?
3. Does buyer have any ability of backing out of a contract with seller after a home inspection is done if the contract is written "buyer purchases home as is"?
