Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We have a 5th wheel trailer in storage at a RV resort. We are selling the trailer and the manager of the RV resort has told us that if we sell it we are to pay the park 6% of the selling price. Is this legal?

If you own the 5th wheel trailer outright and your account with the RV resort is up to date and current, I see no reason for the RV resort to get anything from the sale of your property. There may be other things going on and I would need to get more information to give you a more definitive legal opinion.
