Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I own 40% of an undivided 115 acres held Tenants in Common in the state of Georgia. There are 3 other owners with 10%, 30%, and 20% ownership. I want to sell my interest because of health reasons but the other owners won't offer me fair market value and refuse to put the property up for sale. What are my legal remedies?
