Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

2 years ago bought older mobile home "as is" with no termite disclosure from owner and no inspection. Have recently been "swarmed" inside the home. Do we have any legal recourse ?

No, this is why attorneys always tell their clients to get an inspection before paying the money.
