Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm 15 and yesterday at a party i pushed a kid in the pool, i've known him for 3 years. it was supposed to be funny but, i didnt know he had his phone and he wants me to pay him 150, or he said he'll charge me with battery, i dont have that type of money . so what can i do? what if i don't pay and he does charge me with battery?

This is outside this area of law, but at 15 you can be held responsible. So I would arrange payment or at least find a compromise.

It's not the kids fault for what you did. It's yours.
