Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Abandon Property or Eviction?

I Purchased a piece of property that has two mobile homes on it,one was included with property the other belonged to someone other than the person I purchased property from and was told it would be removed by the owner.Well the mobile home is still there and I have been in contact with the owner and he has been telling me for three months that he will get it off,now he doesn't even return my calls. What do I need to do to get it off my property?Do I claim abandon property or do some kind of eviction?
