how to add 2 more names to a small house title document. all 4 siblings should be on the title not just 2 from second marriage. All 4 sibling have same mother but 2 different fathers.

The current owners can transfer by way of quit claim or warranty deed to all parties. I you have to decided whether you want to do it as tenants in common or tenant with rights of survivorship. You should consult with an attorney to get the transfer done correctly to accomplish your goals
