Add new wife onto property deed

Is there a form that can be used to add my wife on my property deed. I was told to use a quick claim deed, but this is to tranfer ownership. I only want to add joint owership. Thanks

A quitclaim deed should be used with you as grantor to you and your wife as grantees.
