Adding Fiance's name to deed of house

My Fiance and I have been living in my house together for 7 years. He and his mother are pressuring me to sign a quit claim deed giving him 50% of my house. If I sign this paper, and he gets drunk and has an accident that kills someone, how does that affect me and MY home? He also has 2 exwives that he pays child support and a few unpaid medical bills -
