Adding spouse to deed

I have recently gotten married. What forms do I need to add my spouse's name to the deed of the house?

Quitclaim deed from yourself as grantor to yourself and your wife as husband & wife as grantees. Record it with County Clerk. Good luck.

It's simple. Sign a quitclaim deed conveying or transferring the property from yourself (as grantor) to yourself and your husband (as grantee). Have it properly recorded in the county where the property is located. That's it.
