Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

additions to property

I have a home in Florida that was used by my sister for a residence/business. During the time that she used the home, she added an addition to the back of the home (a bedroom, living area and bathroom). When she moved out, and I moved into the home, she refuses me entry to the addition stating that she paid for it; therefore, it is hers and she is going to have the addition detached from the house and moved. If the rooms are detached, it will do damage to my home. I was wondering, by her attaching it to the home, can she legally have it removed and if so is she responsible for paying to have the damages to my home repaired? This home was left to me by my parents, she was only using it for her business, which required her to stay there as well. I would appreciate any assistance that you have to offer me as I do not feel she has legal right to keep me from entering the room. She has the door that enters into the house boarded so that I can not gain entry. Thank you for your time.

Re: additions to property

Your sister made improvements to the property with the knowledge that it was yours. The improvemnts are not severable from the rest of the building, it is all real estate and it all belongs to you. She no longer has the right to occupy it, nor does she have the right to remove a single board or brick!
