I was in distress and signed a bogus contract to a investor. now he is keeping me from closing on my property. i have hired a lawyer if i go ahead and close what will happen and can his lawyer be sued for doing such of an iilegal act knowing that his contract is bogus

Trying to read between the lines of what you have said, it sounds as if you may have offered to "lend" your credit history to someone. If so, this is illegal and all parties involved can get in serious trouble, including the lawyer.
You stated that you hired a lawyer. Your best bet at this time is to listen carefully to the lawyer and follow the advice given. Make sure the lawyer knows all the details of what has transpired and do not hide any of the facts. If this is what I suggested, it is a very serious crime and you should not let it go forward.
