Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello and thank you for your advice.

I rent a house in the Republic of Panama. It was rented 11-09-10 to 11-30-10 by Canadians for $1,871.92. The check was depoited to my Florida bank. The renters had to leave on 11-12-10.

I have not been able to fill the remaining days.

Must I return the money?

Also, can you recommend book that has vacation rental law in laymen langue?

This is not an answer that a Florida attorney can answer. You need someone licensed in Panama unless the lease clearly states something to the contrary.
