I have been in an agreement for deed for 7 months. In this time the value of prporty has dropped which I dont believe the appraisal will go though for the amount on contract. Do i still have to buy proprty?

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE.

An attorney would have to evaluate the "agreement for deed" or Purchase and Sale Agreement in order to assist you. Depending on the terms, you may be able to get out of the contract for more reasons than the one you have indicated.
