Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Can an apartment complex lease out my apartment before my lease/move out date is set? Also if one out of three occupants signs a notice to vacate does this apply to all on the lease or just the one that signed?

2. The signer of the lease must be the one to sign.
