i was not approved by the board for a co-op apartment.

i have lived in a co-op apartment for 2 years,i wish to sigh a prprietory lease for this property. there are articles of incorporation for this property.i had to write a letter to the board,pres,vice-pres, ect explaining why i wanted to purchase. i did this and was not approved. no reason was given for the disapproval it has been 2 months i still reside there. as of late it has come to the seller attention , one of the other owners wants to buy my apartment as well as one other that may be for sale. do i or the pwner have a leg to stand on
