apt transfer
I am on disability and have very limited means.What would be the simplist and least expensive way to give my daughter my apt when I pass. Thank You

Prepare and file a new deed quitclaim from you as grantor to you and your daughter as joint owners with right of survivorship. On death of one, the survivor owns it.
