Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Area of Law that Condo Association Rules or Laws fall in.

The main question is what area of law are Condo Associtation Rules and Laws found or addressed?

What type of law would the Lawyer practice would deal with Condo Association Rules or Laws?

If the Condo Association case developed into a Civil case, would the same Lawyer be qualified to take on the Civil case?

The laws regulating condominiums are found in Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes. Real Estate attorneys generally handle condominium matters.

Real estate is usually a transactional practice. Not all real estate practitioners also handle litigation matters. It would be wise to clear up any questions regarding this issue when retaining an attorney.
