Can you be arrested for parking in a closed businesses parking lot?

I don't believe this is a real estate question, but the conduct you described might be considered trespassing depending upon when you are parking there, WHY you are parking there, how long you are parked there, and the conduct engaged in while parking. So in short, the answer to your question is maybe.
