Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I asked my neighbor to go in half on a privacy fence down our property line as they would benefit from it also. They said no and there have been issues between them and us. They put up a chain link fence ON the property line. I have since put up the privacy fence on my side of the property.. Today they have taken their chain link fence down witht he intent of using my privacy fence. Do I have any legal recource to sue them for half of the privacy fence.
