Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm attempting to find a necessary form on FindLegalForms.com. I need a Notice of Non-Abandonment to supply to a sheriff and a lender regarding a vacant investment property. The bank has not given me formal notice although on an unrelated phone call, they told me they'd secured the property. We installed an alarm system, changed all locs an put up no trespassing signs.

It's an investment property so I don't know if Non-Abandonment is the right form... those seem to be for Homestead or houses after construction is complete.

I cannot find a Non-Abandonment notice on FindLegalForms.com and don't know 1) if I should be looking for a form named something else or 2) if they don't have it or anything comparable... where would I look for such a form?
