Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My attorney did not write an expiration date on the contract to purchase my business. The purchaser still wants to buy my business but the contract is 21 months old and is not in any hurry. I need to sell my business but the pending contract is making it impossible. What are my options?

Oh my. If the contract is not signed, you may rescind the offer. Rescind the offer immediately in writing, certified mail return receipt requested.
