Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

auction

we brought a home and 8 acres of land at auction at the courthouse,ours was the winning bid.

now 2 weeks later,they tell us a second morgage was found on the property.do we have to buy that morgage or do we lose our property.

I doubt they guaranteed good title. It was for you to check it out. Read the auction rules.
