Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am an Australian citizen/resident and a Canadian citizen (dual). I am intersted in purchasing property using cash (not a loan) in Florida USA. Are there any legal restrictions on a foreigner to purchase property?

There are no restrictions but are reporting and tax requirements.
