bank of america called and told me that the loan we refinaced in 2010 never had the signature page was recorded. what are my options?

Not enough facts here. So did you not sign the mortgage and never intended to sign the mortgage and that document was recorded or did you sign it and the document was submitted for recording without a signature page.
If you never signed a mortgage, and never intended to sign but a blank mortgage was submitted for recording, not likely, then the mortgage was/is invalid.
If you signed a mortgage and intended to sign a mortgage and a mortgage was submitted without the signature page then that is a paper or scrivener's error, that can be corrected. If they are requesting your signature, you should sign as you will lose if they have to bring suit to obtain your signature.
