Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

bank filed foreclosure under a loan number with no documents attached to a loan type that is not mine either, but submit what they are using as the title a document with my loan number and loan type. In short 2 different loan numbers and loan types when I only have one and court refuses to allow our evidence to prove the bank is committing fraud. Any case laws etc I live in Florida
