Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
banned from a club...
they had their bar manager call me, who is a friend and they said that i cause drama when I come in which is about once a week. Are they allowed to ban me for that?

Generally, and with some notable exceptions, private businesses may exclude patrons if they provide a non-discriminatory reason for doing so. This is particularly true in establishments that serve alcohol. The bigger risk you face if you continue to return is that you are caught in a situation they create when police are called and you are blamed for a situation you did not create. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere...don't give them the satisfaction of having your money!
