Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I bid on a condo in Florida and won.It turned out to be a foreclosure by the hoa for back fees.I've done a title search and the unit has a first and second mortgage on it. How can I get a clean title? do I have to pay mortgages off? what should I do?

Caveat Emptor or Buyer Beware. Title search should have been before U bought! U bought a "Pig in a poke" & now U cry. 2 bad; so sad. No clean title. Pay the mtgs. or U could try to negotiate a lower payoff on each mtg. If not, U will lose the money U already paid & must still pay HOA mthly fees or suffer a Condo lien & foreclosure. Rent the unit & try to get UR $ back before HOA takes it away from U again.
