Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
When is a Bill of Sale deemed appropriate when buying a mobile home if the home is owner financed? Should the buyer ask for a conditional Bill of Sale at the same time the Purchase and Sales Agreement is signed and notarized or when the home is paid off and title is received?
Thanks!

A mobile home is usually treated like a car so a Certificate of Title is needed, not a Bill of Sale. It has to be transferred at the DMV or at a Auto Tag Store.
Sometimes it is treated like real estate. So you have to figure out which way it is owned.
