Can a notarized copy of a birth

certificate be used to authenticate

one's identity in a real estate

transaction in Bayamon,Puerto Rico?

You would need to ask that of an attorney in Puerto Rico. Frankly speaking, it would not suffice in Florida as a government issued picture identification is generally required for any notarization of legal documents in a real estate transaction. I would imagine they would want the same to prove your identification.
