Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

a boat and title was given to me. the previous 3 holders did not have the title transferred. how can i get the title changed to my name. the real property has a value of less than 500 dollars. the boat has not had an updated registration decal in 8 years.

Check with the State of Florida. You mention real property in the same sentence as the boat, not sure how they connect. Real property is land. The boat registration is controlled by the State agency.
