Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am so sorry to bother,but I need to ask a question,My mother passed away and I am selling her house when they did the title search,there is a lien with a bail bond with my brother and my moms signature,well my brother also passed away,.My realtor closing agent did her research for release of lein,the bail bond also passed away.also his son....The lein is from 1986...What do you recommend us to do?We are so close to closing and this is the only thing stopping it.....Please give me your advise,I would really appreciate it !!!! Thank you

You may to ask the title agent if the lien has expired, being more than 20 years old.
